CERT and TADAT Secretariat Celebrate Milestone Achievement with First Cohort of UAE National Graduates in the Government Tax Officer Program
Abu Dhabi, UAE – The Centre of Excellence for Applied Research and Training (CERT) and the Tax Administration Diagnostic Assessment Tool (TADAT) Secretariat proudly announce the graduation of their first cohort of UAE Nationals in the Government Tax Officer program, a landmark achievement following their partnership initiated in 2022, that aimed to cultivate expertise in tax administration among UAE Nationals, and disseminating of international best practices in tax administration within the UAE.
The Government Tax Officer program, spearheaded by CERT in collaboration with the TADAT Secretariat, is the first to target UAE Nationals working in the private sector. This initiative reflects a concerted effort to strengthen local tax administration and fiscal planning competencies, critical areas for the nation’s sustainable economic growth.
